About Us
Castle Street Restaurant with Rooms is a sustainable buisness. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing local produce, recycling and composting our waste, being organic, BUT most of all by producing delicious food which makes people lick their plates clean.
We came to set up the business by accident, but luckily seem to combining our talents to make a success of it. Our joint love of wine and all things good in life means that the organic wine list is too drinkable, the menu too tempting and the rooms so comfortable.
Local economic development is important to us so we employ local people, source local and organic produce and work with other businesses to ensure our service offers good value and supports local development.
We are members of the Brecon Beacons Tourism Association, Brecon Chamber of Trade and support Brecon as a Fair Trade Town
